About Abode Warehouse
Where is Abode Warehouse located?
Our showroom is at 3564 Mt Diablo Blvd, Lafayette, CA 94549. Our warehouse for order pickup is at 370 Preston Court, Livermore, CA. We serve homeowners, designers, and contractors throughout the San Francisco Bay Area including Walnut Creek, Orinda, Moraga, Danville, San Ramon, Livermore, and the greater East Bay.
What is the difference between Abode Warehouse and Abode Lafayette?
Abode Warehouse is our e-commerce store focused on premium flooring materials at competitive prices. Abode Lafayette is our full-service design studio offering measurement, design consultation, and professional installation. Both are family-owned and operated by the same team of second-generation flooring professionals.
Do you work with homeowners or just contractors?
Everyone is welcome. We work with homeowners tackling their first renovation, interior designers sourcing for clients, architects specifying materials for new builds, real estate agents advising on pre-sale upgrades, and contractors managing large-scale projects. What types of flooring do you carry?
We carry seven categories: Hardwood (including European white oak and hickory), Waterproof flooring (luxury vinyl plank and WPC), Carpet, Rugs, Wall Cladding, Natural Stone, and Accessories & Supplies (underlayment, adhesives, moldings, treads, vents, and self-leveler). Every product is hand-selected by our flooring experts.
Can I see samples before buying?
Yes! We have samples of most materials available at our showroom at 3564 Mt Diablo Blvd, Lafayette, CA 94549. Call ahead at (925) 989-9711 and we’ll set aside specific samples for your visit so they’re ready when you arrive.

Do you deliver to the Bay Area?

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Local pickup is available at our warehouse: 370 Preston Court, Livermore, CA. Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days. We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Call (925) 989-9711 to arrange pickup.
Do you deliver to job sites?
Absolutely. We deliver to residential and commercial job sites throughout the Bay Area. Just include delivery instructions (floor level, gate codes, access notes) when placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused materials in original packaging. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders and cut-to-size materials are non-returnable. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost — no restocking fee applies to damaged goods. Please inspect all deliveries within 48 hours of arrival.

Abode Warehouse is materials-only, which allows us to offer premium products at competitive prices.
