Most applications are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. You’ll receive a welcome email with instructions to access your trade pricing as soon as your account is set up.

There’s no minimum order requirement to join the program or to place orders. Trade pricing applies to every order regardless of size. Volume discounts are available for larger projects — just ask your account manager.

Yes. We can set up multiple users under a single trade account so your team members can place orders, check pricing, and track deliveries. Contact your account manager to add team members.

Absolutely. We deliver to residential and commercial job sites throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Include access notes and delivery instructions with your order. Your account manager can coordinate delivery timing with your project schedule.

Yes — trade members are welcome to bring clients to our showroom at 3564 Mt Diablo Blvd, Lafayette, CA to view materials in person. Call ahead at (925) 989-9711 and we’ll have samples set aside for your meeting.
