What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused materials in original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To start a return, contact our team at (925) 989-9711 or hello@abodewarehouse.com with your order number.
Why is there a restocking fee?
Flooring materials require careful inspection, repackaging, and restocking. The 20% restocking fee covers these handling costs. We believe in being transparent about this upfront so there are no surprises.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Custom orders, cut-to-size materials, and special-order products are non-returnable. If you’re unsure about a material, we always recommend visiting our showroom to see samples in person before purchasing.
Can I exchange materials for a different product?
Yes. Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of delivery. Materials must be unused and in original packaging. Exchanges are also subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus any price difference between products. Contact us at (925) 989-9711 to arrange an exchange.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive and inspect the returned materials, refunds (minus the 20% restocking fee) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Damaged deliveries are handled separately from standard returns. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost — no restocking fee applies to damaged goods. Please inspect all deliveries within 48 hours of arrival.
Can I drop off returns in person?
Yes. You can drop off returns at our warehouse at 370 Preston Court, Livermore, CA. Call us at (925) 989-9711 to schedule a drop-off time.
